The training is very important in assessing the ability of students in preparation for the working world to the real working world after graduation. While undergoing industrial training, exposure of the work place will strengthen the confidence of students in the future. Students will be able to feel the difference between working environment with an expense atmosphere. After undergoing industrial training, the spirit of cooperation can be enhanced as students will be aware of the responsibilities and role as a member of the firm to conduct a joint work and benefit together with a considerate attitude and unselfishness.
In addition, the students will also realize the weakness and lack of self in terms of knowledge and experience. Therefore, the students will endeavor to fully enhance the abilities, skills, and knowledge itself. It is undeniable that the pattern of learning that emphasizes only theoretical skills are useless without knowledge of the application of that theory. Then the training industry is applying the theory learned at university. Indirectly through industrial training, students will be able to innovate and solve problems encountered during the work.
In addition, the association between students with opportunities employer and colleagues will be created. Mixing is an important aspect of running a job, this is because mixing can improve students' self-confidence. Without proper mixing we can not carry out a task smoothly.
Overall, results from the accumulation of experience and knowledge of current industry practice students can add confidence to continue to strive to achieve the ideals that dreams.
